40 Days and 40 Nights - Day 8
Another cloudy day it's Easter Sunday and people are out with their family going here and there the streets were pretty empty this morning. I slept well considering last nights rain storms rolled through leaving the temps in San Antonio pretty mild with a fairly light breeze. I often try to focus my thoughts when I go to sleep I try to think about business things, also stuff I need to do that I have been putting off. One of the things is I'm designing a website for my real estate business. I have the basics ready but I have a client who rehabs properties who is interested in having me build a site for his business as well as marketing. I want to catch up with him but before I do I would like to role out my shiny new object to make him be like I need one of those. So yea I should have had this done a week ago but I have been working on other projects such as making videos for my You Tube channels promoting my other offers and what not.
You could say I'm a sort of busy body LOL 😂 But I like the busy life it is rewarding when you create something and it actually helps someone and their business. The gratitude is enormous when a person tells you how what you've done has changed their lives. I have to admit I think I'm a little addicted to that feeling of being able to help people. So later today I will be working on the real estate site then go and do something else I've been putting off washing my clothes, ha ha.
If you have been reading my blogs you may have guessed one of my businesses involves affiliate marketing. I enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere and once you have established a trustworthy image and your able to get sales then collect commissions it is a great feeling. The learning curve is what it is if you do this business you will find out that you can get banned for being a spammer. I have mixed feelings on this but I can tell you that the way I like to engage with my audience is from a place where the product or service I am offering is helping not obligating my prospect. I really work on my presentation and I realize that I don't have a million dollar operation and that most of my traffic is organic. I am looking at paid methods as well but I like to get the most out of my add budget high quality leeds that will convert. If your into marketing this is where the rubber meets the road the make or break moment of your business. I have examined the products that I am promoting and as far as I can tell they will help anyone who is looking to start a passive income stream. Actually making money in your sleep, an online business never rest you can automate systems like a Fortune 500 company. The biggest issue you face is convincing people that this is real and it is not a scam. If the prospect just follows the instructions given by successful marketers they will do well. I see a lot of hesitant and doubtful people who don't believe they can succeed. So my job goes from trying to showcase all of the wonderful things that you can do when you have your own business. To showing people they can be successful and all they need to do is follow instructions get a basic understanding do what works then make money so simple. I continue to fight the fight of champions to try to get people to believe that they can and will be successful and together we can do it.
